This Privacy Policy describes how Celer LLC (“Celer,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit goceler.ai (the “Site”), submit a contact form, or interact with our AI chat tools. It applies only to the Site. Engagements governed by a signed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work are subject to the data terms in those documents.
1. Information you provide
When you use our contact form or chat with our AI assistants (including the floating site assistant and the contact-page assistant), we collect the information you choose to share with us, such as your name, business email, company, role, the workflows you describe, and the content of your messages. Please do not submit confidential, regulated, personal, or client-identifying data through these channels — share only information you have the right to disclose.
2. Information we collect automatically
To operate the Site, prevent abuse, and improve our services, we automatically collect technical information about your visit, including IP address, approximate location derived from that IP, browser type and user-agent, device characteristics, a stable device fingerprint stored locally in your browser, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this data to correlate sessions across the Site (for example, linking a chat conversation to a later contact form submission from the same visitor) so we can respond to you in context.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to: (i) respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations; (ii) operate, secure, and improve the Site and our AI tools; (iii) generate aggregated analytics about Site usage; and (iv) comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. AI chat tools
Our Site includes AI-powered chat assistants. Messages you submit are sent to third-party AI model providers solely to generate a response and are stored in our systems together with the visitor metadata described above. AI outputs are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are provided for general information only. You are responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it, and you must not use AI outputs in a manner that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights.
5. Service providers
We share information with vendors that help us operate the Site, including hosting, database, analytics, email, and AI model providers. These providers may process information only to perform services on our behalf.
6. Retention
We retain Site data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, operate and secure the Site, and meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements. You may request deletion of your contact submissions or chat transcripts at any time.
7. Your choices
You may decline to provide information through our forms or chat tools, clear your browser’s local storage to reset your device fingerprint, or contact us to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted. Where required by applicable law, we will honor verifiable privacy rights requests.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
